Natasha is currently a Partner with AfriCorp Attorneys. She is passionate about providing businesses of all sizes with solution-oriented advice. Her areas of expertise include corporate consulting, risk advisory, regulatory, compliance, stakeholder management, corporate management, corporate trainings, and business continuity and contingency planning.

Natasha is also well-versed in energy and natural resource law. Natasha has extensive experience as an in-house corporate lawyer and as a legal counsel for many law firms. Natasha worked as the head of legal, compliance, regulatory, and company secretary at Vivo Energy Tanzania Limited [Engen] from 2019 to 2022. There, she was in charge of reviewing and managing all requirements and risks related to the firm at the time.

She was also assisting with major business classes (retail, commercial, and lubricants) and functions (including contracting and procurement). Natasha also performed adequate due diligence on company transactions. Prior to joining Vivo, Natasha worked at CRB Legal from 2015 to 2016, and IMMMA Advocates [part of DLA Piper] from 2016 to 2019. Natasha has a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Dar es Salaam (2014) and a post-graduate diploma from the Law School of Tanzania (2016). She is now pursuing a Master of Law at the University of Dar es Salaam. She is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
