Biography
Goodluck Temu is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. With over ten years in legal practices, Mr. Temu specializes in telecommunications law, competition law, regulatory law, consumer transactions law, and ICT Law. Mr Temu is also an assistant lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law.
