Biography
Catherine Mponda is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. Her practice areas include Commercial law, Corporate Governance, Intellectual property law and Tax law. Catherine has extensively dealt with the Registration and post-registration of businesses, companies and non-profit organizations, advising, drafting and review of commercial contracts and agreements; advising on corporate governance, due diligence and legislative/policy compliance; acquisition of permits and licenses; as well as company secretarial and maintenance of statutory books.
